Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the MoDooLuck app (the "App") provided by Jakeun (sole proprietorship) ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The App introduces group games and recommends games for your situation. The App is free and shows ads. There are no accounts.
2. Play safely
- Play only when everyone wants to, in a place where no one can get hurt. For physical games, check your surroundings and don't overdo it.
- Drinking games are only for adults of legal drinking age. Never pressure anyone to drink, and never drink and drive.
- Players are responsible for any disputes, injuries, or losses that happen while playing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
3. Content and rights
- We own the game descriptions, rule write-ups, and design of the App. Do not copy, distribute, or sell them without our permission.
- The games themselves are well-known pastimes that anyone may play.
- TV program names are trademarks of their respective broadcasters. MoDooLuck is not affiliated with or sponsored by any broadcaster.
- Video links go to official broadcaster channels or the MoDooLuck channel. Each video belongs to its rights holder.
4. Prohibited use
Do not reverse engineer the App, send abnormal volumes of requests to our servers, or click ads fraudulently.
5. Changes and availability
We may change the game list and features, or discontinue the service with notice. We try to keep game information accurate, but it may contain errors.
6. Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
