Privacy Policy
Jakeun (sole proprietorship) ("we") operates the MoDooLuck app (the "App"). The App has no accounts or login, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
1. Information we process and why

* Search terms that contain an email address or seven or more digits are replaced with a placeholder before sending. Your saved games and filter settings stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.
On iOS, the App does not request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not use the IDFA.
2. Retention
- Event-level analytics data is kept for 2 months after collection; after that only aggregate statistics that cannot identify anyone remain. Popularity rankings keep only per-game totals that cannot identify anyone.
- Advertising data is retained according to Google's policies.
- Server access logs are deleted after the provider's log retention period.
- Saved games on your device are removed when you delete the App.

4. Your choices
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads lets you reset or delete your Advertising ID.
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising lets you turn off personalized ads.
- Deleting the App stops further collection and removes data stored on your device.
- To request access, correction, or deletion, email us. Because we hold no information that identifies you, we may be unable to locate records about a specific person.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Drinking games are intended for adults of legal drinking age.
6. Security
Data is sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our servers and analytics is limited to the operator.
